Went into work today and cleared out all the crap from under my desk as well as managing to move a lot of the reference collection around. Enjoyed a yummy pre-birthday lunch as the new Lebanese restaurant that recently opened up and so will have to go back there for a lunch date with Al in the New Year. Lucky Al had B all day but allegedly she was very good all day especially as some of it was spent in an old peoples home. Busy goings on were to be had in the dining room once I got home in for my annual homemade birthday card (can’t wait to see it as I have quite a wonderful collection of them now) but also can’t wait to hit the pillow. Knackered.
